The Nerf Mono Blast is one of the best single-shot Nerf guns ever made.

Not only does the Mono Blast boast surprising range and accuracy for such a small Nerf gun, but it’s also fast to reload and feels surprisingly sturdy given its size and weight.

If you’re in the market for a good single-shot Nerf gun, pick up the Mono Blast if you can find it.

Nerf Expand A Blast

The Nerf Expand-A-Blast is probably one of the most ill-conceived Nerf guns that have ever been made.

The Expand-A-Blast…well…expands, as you would expect. Only when you expand it, all your ammo drops out of the barrel. And on top of that, it only shoots 20 feet. YAY!

If by some chance you’re stuck with one of these pieces of crap and haven’t trashed it yet, making some pretty basic barrel and spring modifications can turn your Expand-A-Crap into an Expand-A-Awesome.

Nerf Range Shot

The Nerf Range Shot is interesting, but rather pointless.

The gimmick behind the Nerf Range Shot is that you can adjust the angle of the barrel up and down, making it possible to shoot up in the air while holding the gun parallel to the ground.

That’s cool and all, but couldn’t I just point any Nerf gun up all by myself?

Nerf Big Bad Bow

The Nerf Big Bad Bow is awesome on all counts (ok, the name sucks, but you can’t expect perfection, right?).

Nerf’s Big Bad Bow took everything that was great about the original Nerf Bow and Arrow and made it better.

Thanks to the new trigger system, gone are the days of one-armed aiming and arrows that shoot wherever they please.
